An Urban Wellness Retreat

While the idea of running away for a week and hiding behind the doors of a silent yoga retreat may seem like the sort of R&R you need, we’ve found a more accessible wellness option.

Launching on Tuesday 26 April from the minds behind Happy Melon and Yardmill, the Urban Wellness Retreat concept don’t require you to travel to India or trek through Iceland.

The five-day program lets you sleep in your own bed and eat from your own plates, with all meals and healthy snacks prepared by the team of chefs at Yardmill. Each day, participants are guided through two classes at Happy Melon, with the ‘retreat’ providing guided mindfulness meditation along with a range of yoga styles led by some of Melbourne's best instructors.

If a holiday isn’t on the cards for you, try the next best thing and bring wellness back into your everyday life.

White open spaces with natural light - just what we all need to recharge our chakras while working out. We love these white Pilates Allegro 2 Reformer beds too.
